我公司与洛阳耐火材料研究院有关专家联合,经过反复多次实验,研究生产了高强度耐火钢包浇注料。它以高纯度电熔刚玉为主材料,基质中掺加高纯度的尖晶石,并加入适量的粘结剂、外加剂(分散剂、减水剂)等制成。钢包浇注料具有良好的抗渣性和抗剥性,体积稳定性高、强度大、烧结时间短等优点,有效提高包龄和使用寿命。
